Swanson Norwegian Cod Liver Oil provides 350 mg of cod liver oil per softgel, naturally containing omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA in triglyceride form, plus vitamins A and D.

Ingredients
Per softgel: Norwegian cod liver oil 350 mg (contains EPA, DHA and other omega-3 fatty acids); vitamin A 375 µg (47% NRV); vitamin D 3.4 µg (68% NRV).
Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, purified water.
Allergens: contains fish (cod).
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel up to 3 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
