Description
Swanson D-Chiro-Inositol provides 85 mg of D-chiro-inositol (DCI) from Chirositol® M – an extract of carob pods (Ceratonia siliqua). DCI is a naturally occurring stereoisomer of inositol found in small amounts in buckwheat and carob. The formula also contains manganese sulphate.

Ingredients
Per capsule: D-chiro-inositol (Chirositol® M carob pod extract, Ceratonia siliqua) 85 mg.
Other ingredients: brown rice flour, gelatin (capsule), manganese sulphate, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule twice a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
