Swanson DL-Phenylalanine provides 500 mg of DL-phenylalanine – an equal mix of L-phenylalanine (the essential amino acid found in protein foods) and its mirror form D-phenylalanine.

Ingredients
Per capsule: DL-phenylalanine 500 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. Contains phenylalanine – not suitable for people with phenylketonuria. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take MAO inhibitors, levodopa or antipsychotic medication.
