Description

Swanson Full Spectrum Lemon Balm contains dried, ground leaves of Melissa officinalis, a lemon-scented member of the mint family originating in the Mediterranean. It has been cultivated in European monastery gardens since the Middle Ages and is a familiar herbal tea.

Per 2 capsules: lemon balm (Melissa officinalis, leaf) 1 g.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
