Description
Swanson Full Spectrum Oregon Grape Root is the dried, ground root of Mahonia aquifolium, an evergreen shrub from the Pacific Northwest used by Native American peoples. The root is naturally yellow thanks to alkaloids such as berberine and berbamine.

Per capsule: Oregon grape root powder (Mahonia aquifolium) 400 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice flour, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Not intended for long-term use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
