Description
Swanson Full Spectrum Valerian, Chamomile & Hops is an evening blend of three classic European herbs: valerian root, German chamomile flowers and hop strobiles – the same cones used in brewing. Each is supplied as whole-plant powder, 250 mg per serving.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita) 250 mg; hops (Humulus lupulus, strobiles) 250 mg; valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) 250 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), rice concentrate, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules with water before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
