Swanson L-Citrulline Malate combines the amino acid L-citrulline with malate, a salt of malic acid. Citrulline takes its name from watermelon (Citrullus lanatus), its richest food source, and is an intermediate of the urea cycle; the body converts it into L-arginine. Malate is an intermediate of the citric acid cycle. A popular choice among active people.

Directions
