Description
Swanson L-Tyrosine provides 500 mg of the free-form amino acid L-tyrosine – a non-essential amino acid made from phenylalanine and found in cheese, meat, fish and soy. It is a precursor of dopamine, noradrenaline and thyroid hormones.

Per capsule: L-tyrosine 500 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water, preferably between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use if you take MAO inhibitors or thyroid medication, or have phenylketonuria, melanoma or hyperthyroidism, without consulting a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
