Swanson Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Skullcap Complex brings together three calming herbs of Western herbal tradition: lemon-scented lemon balm leaves (Melissa officinalis), maypop passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) and American skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora), 200 mg of each.

Ingredients

Per capsule: lemon balm (Melissa officinalis, leaf) 200 mg; passionflower (Passiflora incarnata, aerial parts) 200 mg; skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora, aerial parts) 200 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
