Swanson Maca contains powdered root of maca (Lepidium meyenii), a radish-like tuber cultivated for millennia at altitudes above 4,000 m in the Peruvian Andes and eaten there as a staple food.

Per 2 capsules: maca root (Lepidium meyenii) 1 g.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
