Description
Swanson Mini Cap Multi packs 13 vitamins into one small vegan capsule for people who struggle with large multivitamin tablets. It uses beta-carotene as the vitamin A source, vegan vitamin D3 from lichen, natural-source vitamin E and methylcobalamin as vitamin B12. It contains no minerals, so it combines easily with a separate mineral product.

Per capsule: vitamin A (beta-carotene) 1500 µg RE (188% NRV); vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 60 mg (75% NRV); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol from lichen) 10 µg (200% NRV); vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 20 mg α-TE (167% NRV); vitamin K (phytonadione) 80 µg (107% NRV); thiamin (mononitrate) 1.5 mg (136% NRV); riboflavin 1.7 mg (121% NRV); niacin (niacinamide) 20 mg NE (125% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 2 mg (143% NRV); folic acid 400 µg (200% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 6 µg (240% NRV); biotin 300 µg (600% NRV); pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate) 10 mg (167% NRV).
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate, silica, rice flour, modified starch.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
