Description

Swanson Mood Shrooms combines powdered fruiting bodies of three mushrooms valued in East Asian cuisine and tradition: maitake (Grifola frondosa), reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) and shiitake (Lentinula edodes), 200 mg each. Mushrooms are natural sources of polysaccharides such as beta-glucans.

Per capsule: maitake (Grifola frondosa, fruiting body) 200 mg; reishi (Ganoderma lucidum, fruiting body) 200 mg; shiitake (Lentinula edodes, fruiting body) 200 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
