Per 2 softgels: vitamin A (beta-carotene) 3,000 µg (375% NRV); vitamin C 300 mg (375% NRV); vitamin D3 10 µg (200% NRV); vitamin E 134 mg (1117% NRV); thiamin 50 mg (4545% NRV); riboflavin 50 mg (3571% NRV); niacin (niacinamide and niacin) 60 mg NE (375% NRV); vitamin B6 50 mg (3571% NRV); folic acid 394 µg (197% NRV); vitamin B12 50 µg (2000% NRV); biotin 300 µg (600% NRV); pantothenic acid 50 mg (833% NRV); choline 50 mg; calcium 200 mg (25% NRV); iodine 150 µg (100% NRV); magnesium 100 mg (27% NRV); zinc 15 mg (150% NRV); selenium (selenium yeast) 200 µg (364% NRV); copper 2 mg (200% NRV); manganese 10 mg (500% NRV); chromium 120 µg (300% NRV); molybdenum 75 µg (150% NRV); potassium 32 mg (2% NRV); sunflower lecithin 80 mg; inositol 50 mg; PABA 50 mg; boron 1 mg; silica 500 µg; vanadium (vanadyl sulphate) 10 µg.

Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob, caramel colour, medium-chain triglycerides (palm), potassium chloride, beeswax, canola oil.

Contains sulphites.

Adults: 2 softgels a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Smokers should not take beta-carotene supplements. High-dose product: the amount per serving exceeds the tolerable upper intake level set by EFSA for vitamin B6 (50 mg; UL 12 mg/day) and manganese. Do not combine with other supplements containing vitamin B6 (50 mg; UL 12 mg/day) and manganese, do not use long-term without medical supervision, and consult a doctor before use. Long-term intake of high-dose vitamin B6 may cause nerve damage. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
