Description
Swanson Ultra P-5-P provides 40 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate – the coenzyme (active) form of vitamin B6 that the body uses directly. This is a high-dose product.

Ingredients
Per capsule: vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 40 mg (2857% NRV).
Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), calcium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. High-dose product: the amount per serving exceeds the tolerable upper intake level set by EFSA for vitamin B6 (12 mg/day). Do not combine with other supplements containing it, do not use long-term without medical supervision, and consult a doctor before use. Long-term intake of high doses of vitamin B6 may cause peripheral neuropathy (tingling, numbness) – stop use if such symptoms occur. Keep out of reach of children.
