Swanson Relora contains 250 mg of Relora® – a patented blend of standardised extracts of magnolia bark (Magnolia officinalis) and Amur cork tree bark (Phellodendron amurense), two plants used in traditional Chinese herbalism. Relora® has been studied in adults experiencing everyday stress.

Ingredients

Per capsule: Relora® – proprietary blend of standardised extracts of Magnolia officinalis bark and Phellodendron amurense bark 250 mg.

Other ingredients: pregelatinised starch, gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, ascorbyl palmitate.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule up to 3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
