Description
Swanson Resveratrol & Quercetin combines three polyphenols in one vegan capsule: trans-resveratrol from Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum), quercetin – a flavonol found in onions, apples and capers – and grape seed extract standardised to 95% polyphenols.

Ingredients
Per capsule: quercetin (quercetin dihydrate) 250 mg; grape seed extract (Vitis vinifera, 95% polyphenols) 100 mg; resveratrol (Polygonum cuspidatum root extract) 100 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegan capsule (hypromellose), magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
