Swanson Soy Lecithin provides 1.2 g of identity-preserved, non-GMO soybean lecithin per softgel. Lecithin is a natural mixture of phospholipids – mainly phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol – found in cell membranes and widely used as an emulsifier.
