Description

Swanson Full Spectrum St. John's Wort contains 375 mg of powdered flowering tops of Hypericum perforatum, a yellow-flowered European meadow plant traditionally harvested around St John's Day (24 June). The herb naturally contains hypericin and hyperforin.

Per capsule: St John's wort aerial parts (Hypericum perforatum) 375 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
