Description
Swanson Sunflower Lecithin provides 1.2 g of lecithin extracted from non-GMO sunflower seeds, standardised to at least 12% phosphatidylcholine. Lecithin is a natural mixture of phospholipids – key building blocks of cell membranes – and this sunflower version is an alternative for people avoiding soy or egg.

Ingredients
Per softgel: sunflower lecithin (non-GMO; min. 12% phosphatidylcholine) 1.2 g; energy 10 kcal; fat <1 g.
Other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, sunflower oil, purified water.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel 1–3 times a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
