Swanson Suntheanine L-Theanine provides 100 mg of Suntheanine®, a pure L-theanine produced by fermentation (Taiyo). L-theanine is an amino acid naturally found in tea leaves (Camellia sinensis) and one of the best-studied amino acids in the context of relaxation – it does not cause drowsiness.

Directions
