Description
Swanson Thyme Leaf contains a 4:1 extract of the aerial parts of common thyme (Thymus vulgaris), a Mediterranean herb known both in the kitchen and in traditional European herbalism. Thyme is naturally rich in the aromatic compound thymol.

Ingredients
Per capsule: thyme extract 4:1 (Thymus vulgaris, aerial parts) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, silica, rice bran.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
