Description

Swanson Valerian Root contains powdered root of valerian (Valeriana officinalis), a European herb with a very long tradition of use in the evening. The root has a characteristic strong, earthy odour.

Ingredients

Per 2 capsules: valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) 950 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions

Adults: 1–2 capsules with water one hour before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
