Description
Swanson E-1000 provides 450 mg (1,000 IU) of vitamin E as synthetic dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate in soybean oil. This is a high-dose product.

Per softgel: vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) 450 mg (3750% NRV).
Other ingredients: bovine gelatin, glycerin, purified water, soybean oil.
Allergens: contains soy.
Directions
Adults: 1 softgel a day with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
