Swanson Extra Strength Zinc Picolinate provides 50 mg of elemental zinc bound to picolinic acid per capsule. This is a high-dose product not intended for long-term use.

Ingredients
Per capsule: zinc (picolinate) 50 mg (500% NRV).
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with food and water. For short-term use only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. High-dose product: the amount per serving exceeds the tolerable upper intake level set by EFSA for zinc (25 mg/day). Do not combine with other supplements containing it, do not use long-term without medical supervision, and consult a doctor before use. Long-term high zinc intake can cause copper deficiency. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
