Description

Trace Minerals Electrolyte Stamina is a flavourless electrolyte tablet combining ConcenTrace® trace minerals, magnesium glycinate, potassium citrate and chloride, sodium chloride, a little iron glycinate and vitamin B6 (P-5-P), with taurine, kelp (Laminaria digitata) extract and alfalfa leaf.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Per 6 tablets: energy 15 kcal; carbohydrate 2 g; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 2 mg (143% NRV); iron (glycinate) 5 mg (36% NRV); magnesium (ConcenTrace®, glycinate) 250 mg (67% NRV); chloride 800 mg (100% NRV); sodium (sodium chloride, ConcenTrace®) 270 mg; potassium (citrate, chloride) 590 mg (30% NRV); ConcenTrace® trace minerals 1530 mg; sulfate 110 mg; kelp (Laminaria digitata) extract 100 mg; taurine 100 mg; alfalfa (Medicago sativa) leaf 50 mg; boron 2 mg.

Other ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions

Adults: 2 tablets 3 times a day with food and water, before, during or after exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
