Description

Trace Minerals Hydro Pak Creatine + Electrolytes combines 5 g of creatine monohydrate with magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, ancient sea salt and ConcenTrace® trace minerals in a stevia-sweetened drink powder.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g).
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Ingredients

Per serving (1 rounded scoop, 8 g, flavoured): sugars <1 g; creatine monohydrate 5 g; magnesium (citrate) 50 mg (13% NRV); chloride (ancient sea salt) 375 mg (47% NRV); sodium (ancient sea salt) 250 mg; potassium (citrate) 100 mg (5% NRV); ConcenTrace® trace minerals 100 mg.

Other ingredients (flavoured): acid (citric acid), ancient sea salt, natural flavourings, sweeteners (steviol glycosides – Reb A, Reb M), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, calcium silicate), fruit and vegetable juice (colour).

Directions

Adults: 1 scoop (flavoured) or 2 scoops (unflavored) a day mixed with 250–350 ml of water. Drink plenty of fluids during use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
