Description

Trace Minerals Hydro Pak Sport is an electrolyte drink mix for endurance activities such as running, cycling or hiking. It supplies a sodium-to-potassium ratio suited to heavy sweating, a small amount of dextrose, vitamin C and B vitamins, calcium phosphate and ConcenTrace® trace minerals. Take 1 or 2 sticks depending on activity.

Vitamin C, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and pantothenic acid contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Per stick pack (8 g): energy 20 kcal; carbohydrate 5 g, of which sugars 5 g; vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50 mg (63% NRV); niacin (niacinamide) 10 mg (63% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 1 mg (71% NRV); vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 3 µg (120% NRV); pantothenic acid (d-calcium pantothenate) 5 mg (83% NRV); phosphorus (tricalcium phosphate) 25 mg; calcium (tricalcium phosphate) 55 mg (7% NRV); sodium (ancient sea salt, sodium citrate, ConcenTrace®) 300 mg; potassium (citrate) 200 mg (10% NRV); ConcenTrace® trace minerals 100 mg.

Other ingredients: dextrose, acid (citric acid), ancient sea salt, natural flavourings, anti-caking agent (silica), sweeteners (steviol glycosides – Reb A, Reb M), fruit and vegetable juice (colour), gum arabic.

Directions

Adults: 1–2 stick packs a day during or after exercise, each mixed with 350–500 ml of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
