Trace Minerals Ionic Magnesium is a liquid magnesium concentrate made from ConcenTrace® – Great Salt Lake minerals with most of the sodium removed – supplying magnesium (as magnesium chloride) with the accompanying spectrum of trace minerals. The dose can be easily adjusted drop by drop. ConcenTrace® is Trace Minerals' concentrated ionic mineral complex obtained by solar evaporation of water from the Great Salt Lake in Utah; most of the sodium is removed, leaving a magnesium- and chloride-rich concentrate with a broad spectrum of naturally occurring trace elements.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients

Per 4 ml (0.8 teaspoon, 80 drops): magnesium (from ConcenTrace®) 400 mg (107% NRV); chloride 1100 mg (138% NRV); sodium 5 mg; potassium 5 mg; ConcenTrace® trace minerals 4.96 g; sulfate 70 mg; boron 1.5 mg.

Ingredients: ConcenTrace® trace minerals (concentrated seawater minerals).

Directions

Adults: start with 20 drops and increase gradually up to 80 drops (4 ml) a day, divided into portions mixed into water, juice or food. Mix into water, juice or food – the concentrate tastes strongly salty/bitter undiluted. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
