Description
Trace Minerals Ionic Selenium is a concentrated liquid providing selenium as sodium selenate, plus ConcenTrace® ionic trace minerals. The drop form allows the dose to be reduced easily – 10 drops provide about 120 µg.

Ingredients
Per 1.25 ml (¼ teaspoon, 25 drops): selenium (sodium selenate) 300 µg (545% NRV); magnesium (from ConcenTrace®) 20 mg (5% NRV); chloride 60 mg (8% NRV); ConcenTrace® trace minerals 350 mg.
Other ingredients: purified water, citric acid, preservative (potassium benzoate).
Allergens: none known.
Directions
Adults: up to 10 drops (about 120 µg selenium) a day mixed into water or juice; the full 25-drop serving only on the advice of a doctor. Do not combine with other selenium supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
For adults only. The full serving (300 µg selenium) exceeds the EU tolerable upper intake level of 255 µg a day – do not exceed 20 drops a day unless advised by a doctor. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
