Description

Trace Minerals Keto Electrolyte Drops is an unflavoured, sugar- and carb-free liquid electrolyte concentrate for low-carb and ketogenic diets, when mineral losses in urine are typically higher. It is based on ConcenTrace® and Utah Sea Minerals™ with added potassium chloride. ConcenTrace® is Trace Minerals' concentrated ionic mineral complex obtained by solar evaporation of water from the Great Salt Lake in Utah; most of the sodium is removed, leaving a magnesium- and chloride-rich concentrate with a broad spectrum of naturally occurring trace elements.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.
Chloride contributes to normal digestion by production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach.

Ingredients

Per 5 ml (1 teaspoon, 100 drops): magnesium 190 mg (51% NRV); chloride 600 mg (75% NRV); sodium 105 mg; potassium 150 mg (7.5% NRV); sulfate 20 mg; boron 950 µg.

Directions

Adults: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) a day added to a large glass of water, juice or sports drink, especially around exercise or work in the heat. Shake well; store at room temperature. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
