Description
Trace Minerals NO! Muscle Cramps is an unflavoured liquid electrolyte concentrate made from sea minerals, ConcenTrace® trace minerals and potassium chloride. It is added to water to make an isotonic-style drink, commonly used by active people, in hot weather and in the evening.

Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Chloride contributes to normal digestion by production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach.

Ingredients
Per 2 ml (0.4 teaspoon, about 32 drops): magnesium (ConcenTrace®) 35 mg (9% NRV); chloride 325 mg (41% NRV); sodium (sea minerals) 95 mg; potassium (chloride) 120 mg (6% NRV); sulfate 20 mg.
Ingredients: sea minerals, purified water, ConcenTrace® trace minerals, citric acid.
Allergens: none known.
Directions
Adults: add 2 ml (about 32 drops) to 1 litre of water (8 drops per 250 ml), or to 120 ml of water as a concentrated shot. Up to 4 servings a day, e.g. one before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
