Description
Trace Minerals Utah Sea Minerals is liquid seawater from Utah's ancient inland sea (Great Salt Lake) with nothing added – unlike ConcenTrace®, the natural sodium is retained, so it contains a broad balance of sodium, chloride, magnesium, potassium, sulfate and trace elements. It can be added to drinks or used in cooking in place of refined salt.

Ingredients
Per 2 teaspoons (9.8 ml): magnesium 90 mg (24% NRV); chloride 1580 mg (198% NRV); sodium 800 mg; potassium 50 mg; sulfate 200 mg; boron 250 µg.
Ingredients: seawater from Utah's ancient sea (USA); no other added ingredients.
Allergens: none known.
Directions
Adults: 1–2 teaspoons a day in a glass of water, juice or another drink, divided through the day; strongly salty – dilute well. Can also replace table salt in food. Crystallisation may occur and does not affect quality. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
