Description
Trained by JP Collagen is a flavoured drink powder combining three collagen sources – hydrolysed bovine collagen peptides, chicken collagen type II and hydrolysed fish collagen – with vitamin C, zinc bisglycinate and biotin.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, cartilage and bones.
- Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails and of normal bones.
- Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.

Ingredients
Per 10 g serving: energy 33 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 0 g; protein 7.2 g; salt 0.04 g; hydrolysed beef collagen 5500 mg; chicken collagen type II 1000 mg; hydrolysed fish collagen 1000 mg; vitamin C 50 mg (63% NRV); zinc bisglycinate 37 mg; biotin 5 mg (10,000% NRV).
Other ingredients: flavouring, acid (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose), colour.
Allergens: fish. Contains chicken and bovine collagen – not suitable for vegetarians.
Directions
Adults: mix 1 serving (10 g) with 250–300 ml of water or juice once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
