Trained by JP Join-In is a flavoured joint powder combining seven ingredients: MSM (methylsulfonylmethane, an organic sulphur compound), vegetarian glucosamine HCl, Cissus quadrangularis extract (20% polyphenols), bovine chondroitin sulphate, Boswellia serrata extract (65% boswellic acids), hyaluronic acid and UC-II® undenatured type II collagen from chicken sternum.
Per 7 g scoop: MSM 2500 mg; glucosamine HCl (vegetarian) 1000 mg; Cissus quadrangularis extract (20% polyphenols) 500 mg; chondroitin sulphate (bovine) 400 mg; Boswellia serrata extract (65%) 300 mg; hyaluronic acid 200 mg; UC-II® undenatured type II collagen (chicken) 40 mg.
Other ingredients: flavouring, acids (citric acid, malic acid), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides), colour (annatto – varies by flavour), maltodextrin.
Allergens: none of the major allergens added. Manufactured in a facility that also handles celery, crustaceans, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, soya, gluten, egg, lupin, molluscs, nuts, sesame and sulphur dioxide.
Adults: mix 1 heaped scoop (7 g) with 200 ml of water once a day, ideally at a time away from your training session. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
