Description

Trained by JP MPS Max is a flavoured amino acid drink powder for use during or around training. It combines 10 g of free-form essential amino acids (over 4 g leucine) with PeptoPro® – hydrolysed casein peptides – and hydrolysed whey protein, plus Velositol® (amylopectin chromium complex), PeakO2® (an organic mushroom mycelium blend), Aquamin® seaweed-derived magnesium and calcium, and AstraGin®.

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to normal muscle function.

Per 22 g serving: essential amino acid blend 10 g (L-leucine 4124 mg, L-isoleucine 1580 mg, L-valine 1109 mg, L-threonine 908 mg, L-phenylalanine 858 mg, L-lysine 589 mg, L-methionine 420 mg, L-histidine 354 mg, L-tryptophan 58 mg); PeptoPro® hydrolysed casein 2500 mg; hydrolysed whey protein 2500 mg; PeakO2® mushroom blend 1000 mg; Velositol® 1000 mg; Aquamin® Mg 500 mg; Aquamin® F 500 mg; AstraGin® (Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng extract) 50 mg.

Other ingredients: flavouring, acid, sweetener (sucralose), colour (varies by flavour).

Allergens: milk. Manufactured in a facility that handles milk, soy, egg and gluten.

Directions

Adults: mix 2 scoops (22 g) with 200–600 ml of water, to taste, and sip during or around training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
