Description

Trained by JP Oh-Mega V is a plant-based alternative to fish oil: flaxseed (linseed) oil in vegan softgels made from tapioca starch. Flaxseed oil is naturally rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA, an omega-3), with smaller amounts of linoleic acid (omega-6) and oleic acid (omega-9).

Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 2 g of ALA).

Ingredients

Per 3 softgels: flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum) 3000 mg, providing alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3) 1650 mg, linoleic acid (omega-6) 300 mg, oleic acid (omega-9) 450 mg.

Other ingredients: softgel shell (tapioca starch, glycerine, purified water).

Allergens: none added.

Directions

Adults: 3 softgels twice a day (morning and evening) with meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
