Description

Trained by JP Performance Fuel is a flavoured carbohydrate drink based on cyclic dextrin (highly branched cyclic dextrin, made from starch) with Aquamin® – mineral-rich red seaweed providing magnesium and calcium. It is designed to be sipped during long or intense training sessions.

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to normal muscle function.
Calcium contributes to normal muscle function.

Ingredients

Per serving: energy 412 kJ / 97 kcal; fat 0.2 g, of which saturates 0 g; carbohydrate 23 g, of which sugars 0.2 g; protein 0.2 g; sodium 0.01 g; cyclic dextrin 22.5 g; Aquamin® Mg 250 mg (providing magnesium); Aquamin® F 250 mg (providing calcium).

Ingredients: cyclic dextrin, Aquamin® Mg (seaweed-derived magnesium), Aquamin® F (seaweed-derived calcium), flavouring, acid (citric acid), sweetener (sucralose), colour (varies by flavour).

Allergens: none added. Manufactured in a facility that handles milk, soy, egg and gluten.

Directions

Adults: mix one serving with 500–750 ml of water and sip during training. Adjust the amount to the length and intensity of the session.
