Description

Trained by JP Sustain is an intra-workout carbohydrate drink built on a three-source "Tri-Carb" blend – cyclic dextrin, barley flour and fructose – with CocoMineral (coconut water powder), glycerol monostearate and pink Himalayan salt. The mix of carbohydrate types is designed for long training sessions.

Per 30 g serving: energy 491 kJ / 116 kcal; fat 1.3 g, of which saturates 1 g; carbohydrate 25 g, of which sugars 7.1 g; fibre 0.3 g; protein 0.8 g; sodium 0.47 g. Tri-Carb blend 25 g (cyclic dextrin 10 g, barley flour 10 g, fructose 5 g); CocoMineral 2 g; glycerol monostearate 1 g; pink Himalayan salt 500 mg.

Directions

Adults: mix one serving (30 g) with 500–750 ml of water and sip during training.
