Description

Trained by JP Unwind (also sold as Unwind Halcyon) is an evening capsule combining L-taurine, KSM-66® – a full-spectrum root extract of ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) – two forms of magnesium (bisglycinate and oxide) and L-theanine, an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves.

Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function, normal functioning of the nervous system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Per 4 capsules: L-taurine 2000 mg; KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) 600 mg; magnesium bisglycinate 500 mg; magnesium oxide 332 mg; L-theanine 200 mg.

Other ingredients: magnesium stearate, capsule.

Allergens: none added. Manufactured in a facility that also handles celery, crustaceans, fish, milk, mustard, peanuts, soya, gluten, egg, lupin, molluscs, nuts, sesame and sulphur dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 4 capsules a day, 15–30 minutes before bedtime with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings

May cause drowsiness – do not combine with alcohol or sedatives and do not drive if affected. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication.
