Description
Wispy Pancake & Waffle Mix is a high-protein batter mix made with wheat flour, whey protein, egg white and whole egg – just add water for fluffy pancakes or crispy waffles with 15 g of protein per 50 g serving and no added sugar.

Ingredients
Per 100 g (Vanilla Dream): energy 1465 kJ / 350 kcal; fat 3.6 g, of which saturates 1.2 g; carbohydrate 48 g, of which sugars 2.4 g; fibre 3.9 g; protein 30 g; salt 2.5 g.
Ingredients (Vanilla Dream): wheat flour, whey protein concentrate (milk), wheat gluten, maltodextrin, egg white powder, whole egg powder, flavouring, baking powder (raising agent diphosphates, maize starch, raising agent sodium carbonates), thickener (guar gum), salt. Cookies & Cream also contains cocoa and cookie pieces – see pack.
Allergens: contains wheat (gluten), milk and egg.
Directions
Mix 50 g (1 dl) of powder with 75–100 ml of water. Pour into a hot waffle iron, or cook in a lightly greased pan over medium heat until golden on both sides.
