Description

Yamamoto BCAA Powder 8:1:1 provides branched-chain amino acids with an 8:1:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine and valine, with added vitamins B6 and B1. Yamamoto® Nutrition is an Italian sports nutrition brand; its products are made in Italy.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
Thiamin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Ingredients

Per 5 g: L-leucine 4 g; L-isoleucine 0.5 g; L-valine 0.5 g; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl); vitamin B1 (thiamin HCl).

Ingredients: BCAA blend (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B1 (thiamin HCl). Flavoured version also contains acid, flavourings and sweeteners.

Directions

Adults: mix 1.5 scoops (5 g) with 150 ml of water or another drink once a day, before or immediately after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
