Description

Yamamoto BCAA Powder provides instantised branched-chain amino acids in the classic 2:1:1 ratio (leucine, isoleucine, valine) with vitamins B6 and B1. Yamamoto® Nutrition is an Italian sports nutrition brand; its products are made in Italy.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

Ingredients

Per 5 g: L-leucine 2.5 g; L-isoleucine 1.25 g; L-valine 1.25 g; vitamin B6; vitamin B1.

Ingredients: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, stabilisers (sucrose esters of fatty acids, HPMC), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), pyridoxine HCl, thiamin HCl. Flavoured version also contains acid, flavourings and sweeteners.

Directions

Adults: mix 1.5 scoops (5 g) with 200 ml of water once a day, before or immediately after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
