Ingredients
Per 5 tablets: L-leucine 3333 mg; L-valine 833 mg; L-isoleucine 833 mg; vitamin B1 1.3 mg (118% NRV); vitamin B6 2 mg (143% NRV).
Ingredients: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate), pyridoxine HCl, thiamin HCl.
Directions
Adults: 5 tablets once a day with water, 30–40 minutes before or immediately after training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
