Description

Yamamoto GlycoBol is based on Cluster Dextrin® – highly branched cyclic dextrin with low osmolality, suitable before, during and after training. Yamamoto® Nutrition is an Italian sports nutrition brand; its products are made in Italy.

Carbohydrate contributes to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Ingredients

Per 30 g: highly branched cyclic dextrin (Cluster Dextrin®) approx. 29 g; energy approx. 115 kcal.

Ingredients: highly branched cyclic dextrin (Cluster Dextrin®), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), flavouring, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), colour (beta-carotene).

Directions

Dissolve 2 scoops (30 g) in 250 ml of water; take within 4 hours after intense exercise, or before/during training. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
