Ingredients
Per 75 g: energy 1186 kJ / 278 kcal; fat 0 g; carbohydrate 70 g, of which sugars 0 g; protein 0 g; salt 0 g.
Ingredients: amylopectin from waxy maize starch (Vitargo®).
Directions
Dissolve 75 g (5 scoops) in 500 ml of water and drink within 4 hours (not later than 6 hours) after intense, prolonged exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
