Description
Zein Pharma Damiana contains a 5:1 extract of the leaves of damiana (Turnera diffusa, syn. T. aphrodisiaca), an aromatic shrub from Mexico and Central America traditionally drunk as a tea. The extract is gently produced using only water and alcohol. Each capsule contains 450 mg. Zein Pharma develops and manufactures its supplements in its own facility in Nauheim, Germany, without magnesium stearate; batches are tested by independent German laboratories.

Directions
Adults: 3 capsules a day with water, before, between or with meals. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
