Description
Zein Pharma L-Carnosine provides L-carnosine (beta-alanyl-L-histidine) in its body-identical form – a dipeptide found mainly in muscle and brain tissue. Dietary carnosine comes almost exclusively from meat and fish, so vegetarian and vegan diets contain very little. Zein Pharma develops and manufactures its supplements in its own facility in Nauheim, Germany, without magnesium stearate; batches are tested by independent German laboratories.

Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day with water, ideally between meals. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
