Description

Zein Pharma L-Tryptophan provides 500 mg of the essential amino acid L-tryptophan per capsule, produced by plant-based fermentation. Tryptophan is found in protein-rich foods such as milk, cheese, poultry, oats, nuts and seeds, and is the precursor of serotonin and melatonin in the body. Zein Pharma develops and manufactures its supplements in its own facility in Nauheim, Germany, without magnesium stearate; batches are tested by independent German laboratories.

Ingredients

Per capsule: L-tryptophan 500 mg.

Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with plenty of water, 30 minutes before bedtime. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
