Description

Zein Pharma Valerian contains a 10:1 extract of valerian root (Valeriana officinalis) – 500 mg per capsule, equivalent to 5 g of dried root. Valerian is a perennial plant of European and Asian meadows whose root has been used in European herbal tradition since antiquity, particularly in the evening. Zein Pharma develops and manufactures its supplements in its own facility in Nauheim, Germany, without magnesium stearate; batches are tested by independent German laboratories.

Ingredients

Per capsule: valerian root extract (Valeriana officinalis, 10:1) 500 mg, equivalent to 5000 mg valerian root.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water, preferably in the evening. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
