Allnutrition Ashwagandha + Guarana combines 300 mg of ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract – a herb used for centuries in Ayurveda – with 91 mg of guarana (Paullinia cupana) seed extract, a natural source of caffeine.

Per capsule: ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) extract 300 mg; guarana extract 91 mg (caffeine 20 mg).
Other ingredients: capsule shell (gelatin), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
